I ordered a flower Bouquet with a glass vase online to be delivered at my parent’s anniversary. While ordering on it was mentioned on the website that ‘ Vase may vary’. However when the order reached my home, they sent flowers in inside the Normal Juice glass and say that its a vase. Its looking so bad and it was a gift to may parents which was looking awkward. When I complained in the company they say its a glass vase and its fine. Please see the attached photo.

I have paid money not get a flower bouquet on the cheap Juice glass. It must be a vase, could be any shape. But not a ordinary juice glass.

I want my money refunded or they replace the Juice glass with a proper glass vase.
