Sir , I am a costumer of Fastway cable system at 143, Tribune Colony Kansal under NAC Noya Gaon. S.N FCBBGNTLM and MAC – BCC8107847AD I am regular Costumer W.E.F. May 2013. Our operator is charging Rs. 230.00 PM, No receipt is being issued. In lieu of Rs. 230.00 I am being provided Silver pack Which is costing to Rs.146.00 pm. a number of complaints has been registered customer care office but No out come is there. You are therefore requested to get me provided gold Pack for which I am paying Since May 2013. Difference of package charges (230.00-146.00) May also be refunded from May 2013 to Till Date.
