Reliance Data card No. 9371263xxx is not using from month of February, because it is stolen, regarding to this i filled a complaint 2 times to stop my service. but after this also they are are issuing bill on my name & their representative frequently call to me. I always inform them that I m not using this device now. so please don’t raise the bill but still they are calling. due to which i m getting mental tension. Find below the complaint details: “Create Service Request Confirmation Your Request has been placed Thank you for your request, your request has been received Your Service Request No. is: 218643106 Your request date is: 02/04/2014 Please note your service request is registered and will get resolved in 3 Hours” Please help
I want to punish them for their mis-billing & harassing me. I want reimbursement of Rs. 10000 for their mental pain & my time consumed.
