i had received an sms from tata sky on 21/06/2014 which said that i had won a free showcase movie which could be watched any time until 27/06/2014.press showcase to view listings and order.on 22/06/2014 going by the sms from tata sky i ordered a showcase movie after which the showcase movie charge of Rs 75/- was debited from my account bal.i called up tata sky and sent an email to them to reverse the charge but they now claim that they had not sent any such sms.

the amt should be reversed to my tata sky account balance which was not to be debited as per their sms.
