Dear Sir, I have taken Tikona broadband connection on 9/12/2012 by paying Rs. 3700/-as installation & billing charges for Half yearly plan for ADULH512K plan. But,Tikona billing dept had sent me first bill of Rs. 3887.46/- on 26.12.2012. I checked & found that, company had charged me more for rs. 187/- for wrong plan activation. I had made complaint & got remark from Appellate officer Mr. J. Nair that, this Rs.187/-will be waived off. But, from this has never happened. Every time this amount is showing balance in my bills. I had made almost 10 mails to this non professional person Mr. j.Nair regarding this in last 1.5 years, But still he can not even solve the problem. Even worst happened that,even after paying all my bills correctly & within due date, Tikona send me Suspension alert on SMS & email. today also i have talked to CRM dept of tikona But 2 persons cut my phone after hearing my query. Last person name is Manjunath.
I want you to take strong action against this company & cancel license for very poor customer relationship & complaint attending. I have checked on net & found so many people have same problem like me.
