Reliance netconnect – Company suspended service

Dear Sir/Mam, I am Mr. Kedar Gogate customer of Reliance netconnect+ (moden/mobile No.9371310xxx) residing in Kudal. By appreciating wireless broadband service I preferred to purchase Reliance netconnect+ one year ago from Reliance world Panaji. From last 30 days I am unable to get the service. When I approached nearest dealer, I came to know company suspended service of Reliance netconnect+ in Sindhudurg district. As a customer It’s truly shocking for me , and worried about careless behavior by Reliance. Company never informed us about termination of the services in Sindhudurg district. It’s a big offence as company performing all these actions without intimating their customers using their service in that area. Also when approached Reliance world Panaji, Area sales person Mr. Vishwanath refuse to give the solution making irresponsible statement. Also sales staff at Reliance world Panaji refuse to register complaint (providing complaint no. which they usually provide). At last grievances replied me in mail, “As per the details checked and verified in our records, there is no data available in your account. Hence, we are unable to process your request.” Please tell me if company not assuring about existing validity,data and service, why should I recharge to extend data and validity? Company is suppose to refund as its company decision to terminate all services from sindhudurg district

Reliance willing to take such action please revert us the charges paid for the modem, unused data (at the time of termination of service )and validity charges (during period service remain suspended)which is approximately Rs.3500
