For the past 3-4 months we have been repeatedly complaining to the IFB customer care. Twice the engineer came and didn’t resolve the problem. He just asked us to complain again with the product/part to be replaced; which we did. Several times we have received call from the service centre/office before the technician came and after too asking us for a convenient time, and each time I have told them the convenient day & time. So far I may have received at least a dozen calls if not more. I received the calls from this number: 044-43578xxx. The product is IFB Washing Machine. Model no: AW60-8061. Regards, Sudha Iyer

This is not the first time this has happened, each time the AMC ends, they keep calling till we renew, and once renewed their attitude is always slack. I have has this machine for five years now, and since the second year, it has been malfunctioning. I want a replacement of the machine or the amount for buying a better brand of washing machine.
