Lenovo Smart Phone – stopped working dealy in repair

Recurrent problem – Mail sent to Lenovo for 2nd problem; As predicted my phone has stopped working, the same hardware problem due to which the phone was repaired has reoccurred. I was assured by you/team that the problem will not re-occur and to my agony it has happened. I now need replacement of this phone not with the same model but with an new model that is in par with K900. My phone is still under warranty and the last time it was repaired it took 23 days for repair. Sujai – Please connect me with the correct person who can help me really fast, I am tired of writing mails to Lenovo folks. ——- Original Mail sent to Lenovo for 1st problem; My k900 just stopped working one fine day, it refused to display anything on the screen. Hence I took the phone for professional handling and care @ the service station in Navi Mumbai, India. I handed over the phone to Growmore Computer Service on the 14th of April 2014 and still the phone is un-repaired. I followed twice during these days and have got the answer that parts are not available. I am really annoyed with the services provided by Lenovo here, not sure what made me buy this phone. I request you to please refund me the entire phone amount that I paid i.e. Rs.25900. The phone is with the service centre since the last 10 days un-repaired, this is totally unacceptable. I would request you to please reply satisfactorily to this mail in the next 24 hours failing which I will be forced to take this matter up with local customer complaints court.
