I have loan with Axis bank A/C: PHR000900653624, When ever i asked for any soft copy of the loan statement,they are not providing,they are telling come to counter and get hard copy. and it not easy to visit bank to get only the statement.Not even providing login details.Just want to know ,i am paying almost 20,000 as interest to the bank,but they are not listening.Please help me

I need user id/password for my loan account or there should be provision to see my loan statement.
