I have bought Havells steam iron last month from M/s Pamposh Variety Store, Rohini. Owner did not given us any bill & put his stamp on the warranty card. After 2-3 days, we found that the iron is catching all type of clothes. We have requested M/s Pamposh to take it back & give us some other good brand. He said you have to call company. But, he has not given us any bill. He misbehaved with my wife in front of other customers during that time. We said that we will report this to consumer forum. On this shopkeeper said, I will manage, please go whereever you want to go.

We have bought the steam iron by paying 2,000/-. Plus 10,000/- against the harrasement & misbehave with my wife. Legal action under the provision of Weight & Measurement for non-issuance of bill to consumer against M/s Pamposh Variety Store, Rohini.

Rs. 12000/- (2000/- cost of Iron + 10,000/- compensation).
