Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased Micro Max Tab P 560 on 11.08.2013 vide IMEI No.911304900201439 through Univercell Mobile store. Presently, I am unable to charge the tab and also the head phone when it insert also not working. I have taken this tab to Velachery service centre they informed that the something is broken inside and take the same to your T Nagar service centre. I went to your T Nagar service centre they informed that due to rough usage of charge pin it is broken and for that warranty will not cover and it will cost around Rs.800/- If any mistake in charger and headphone I will accept it whereas the pin which is inside the tab has been broken is not our fault it is purely manufacturing fault only. Since the purchase this tab in Aug’13 and in May’14 there is manufacturing defect in the product which is covered under warranty and the service centre refuse to repair / replace the same under warranty

I need to repair the TAB without any cost or to replace the same
