I had Ordered for Flano handkerchief on 13/07/2014 thru shopclues.com Order 16704473 ,However product received was of some different company (Newmann).On contacting website support team and complaining about same thay had asked for pictures of product received which was provided to them. They agreed on the point that product was different and offered 40 points on behalf of mistake.(1Point= 1 Rupee).

Damages done is not economic but it is now difficult to trust the website again as i am a regular buyer from site and now a little afraid to order online as there are chances that i might be cheated again.
