Holiday Trip – False Selling & Amount Siphoning

Policies are communicated to me are wrong and misguided for the Holiday policies and method of payment selected by the manager his own without confirming me. While i approach for the cancellation request they first told me that it is not possible but after calling to customer care this can be happened and they will charge 3000 for the cancellation. I said why i have to pay the cancellation charges this is your fault and i have to pay the unnecessary interest to my credit card bank which was not selected by me.

i need my full amount to be back which is 35000 and bank interest and pre-payment charges also and inconvenience caused due to this need to be pay by the company.
