i have placed return request for orders 140621657481142(Pink Dress materiel) & 140623217802404(Multiple order where one red & one green Jamaican amount to be refunded).Both the refund were initiated on 2nd Jul and I left india on 4th on a paersaonal trip thinking I will purchase other products once I am back.On 18th I have reached back to india and on 19th I tried to purchase products but I was unable to login.i have reset the account on 20th and while opening my account I got this horrible surprise that some has hacked my jabong account and have used all my credits including my rewards. All products were delivered too except one.i neither received any sms communication for these orders which is usually send by jabong in all purchases. I can call this nothing but a cyber crime where I am sure that agents are involved as all the products that were orders are of different size and shape and can not be placed for one individual.Its a group of agents who has played so dirty with loyal customer.i have been associated with Jabong since last 3- years but this experience of mine has jolted my trust to Jabong in one go. I am afraid of going for any online shopping after this experience. Since yesterday Jabong is working on my issue but its quite surprised that inspite of having all address and phone number of the user ,Jabong is just investigating to take action.There are several ways they can catch hold the culprit and take appropriate action but same is not being implemented as of now. I simply want my Money Rs.4590.81/ back in my account with a compenstation Money Of Rs.10000/ for the pain and tension i am going through. and alsoaction against the cyber crime.
