Sir/mam On arround 1am date 22 july when I am using net on my cell phone an internal site movie talkies, which was not showing on my cell display had deducted 35 rupees form my account. Then I call to customer care around 7am .after telling my problem she said that your balance has returned to your number. If you are satisfied pls cut the line. After disconnecting the call when I cheaked my balance I four d that no balance has returned to my account. After this I tried my time to customer care but I found every time self disconnected. Pls resolve my problem…
