I have purchased Nokia XL handset dual sim from Spice Retail Limited, G-19, Vikas Surya Shopping Mall, manglam Place, rohini sector 3 , Delhi 110085 on 19-05-2014.Handset is giving lot of problem from the day I purchased it. Since its a dual sim Neither i am able to listen the calls nor I can make clear calls from hand set. always there is a signal problem. Twice I visited Nokia authorised service centre in Kohat enclave pitampura Delhi 110034 and I was told to change the sim . I changed one sim and purchased a new micro airtel sim but still the problem is same. My last visit to Nokia service centre wason 15-06-2014 which can be checked from their record

I am running my small business and because of poor hand set I am not able to communicate with my customers properly and I lost lot of Business and customer.
