M/s. Ranka Gas Agency is service provider for our Society (Montvert Prestine) for the piped gas. I have rented the appartment in the society and recieved the bill for gas which is without subsidies. I enquired to my society office and have been told that M/s. RANKA Gas Agency is not accepting the KYC forms now and the deadline has ended in April. I called up M/s. RANKA Gas Agency to get details in the matter and they also stated the same thing as told by Society office. I as a consumer and citizen of India has all the right to get the subsidy benefit decided by Govt. of India. There are situations when person purchases a flat in this society or rents it and has all the right to get the subsidised bills.

I therefore request you to please provide the Ministry’s stand and regulation on this subject. And notify M/s. RANKA Gas Agency to accept the KYC forms as and when indivisual needs it.
