I visited Sanchaar Haat regarding the disconnection of my landline phone and broadband(no.23850335 CA NO 2063311655) 2 times for which I am using Rs 800 Combo Plan. At first instance they accepted the broadband request and told me that they cannot accept landline disconnection request without providing any satisfactory reason,In second instance they told me that I need to get the attested form from Goverment gazetted officer. They have disconnected my Broadband and I am not using any of their service for last 3-4 months. Still they are sending me the bill of Rs 200 per month towards the telephone connection which I am not using. When I called the customer care at 1500 they told me as I have opted for monthly Rs 200 plan which is why they are they are sending the bill.
I need that they should disconnect the connection and wave off the bill which they have unnecessarily created.
