Flipkart – Product not working – No response

My product is not working since last month, i complain to bajaj customer id : 5062847. They didn’t give any positive response to me. From the service center of bajaj they put a sticker of replacement on my product & said to me to replace the product from there from you buy that i.e flipkart.com. I call to the flipkart call centre they said bajaj has to provide the DOA (dead of arrival) certificate but the service centre peoples didn’t know about this. They hear tje name of DOA CERTIFICATE first time. I want DOA certifate from bajaj and want replacement from flipkart.

The power board is not working. And the power board of product is cant be repaired by the service centr peoples.
