Bagit PROVOGUE – Not received Product

This is to hereby bring to the knowledge. Payment for a PROVOGUE shoes vide order no. 33722990 amount Rs- 1175/(incl. Rs 99 as shipment charges ) was done on 20th March 2014. The same was received by me after an unreasonable delay in shipment on 28th March 2014 Via Quantium Mail Logistics Solutions India Pvt Ltd (Consignment Number -DBP0045095). Later on I found that the product was misplaced and I was couriered a wrong shoes which lacked in quality. I complaint about the same and was assured that after I courier the received product another shoes mentioned in my order will be dispatched by the earliest (The courier charges will be reimbursed with a max of Rs. 150). The same was done back by 5th April 2014 via NANDAN SERVICES Consignment Number: 1059101000049 at a cost of Rs 105. The receipt of the same was mailed the same day. Later on they kept delaying the service I was all the time given a false assurance of arranging call back by the senior manager and redressing the issue which never actually happened. I was forced to cancel the order and put a request for the refund of money to my given bank details via call before 19th March 2014. It was 19th April that I reminded them for the refund. On 25th April 2014, I got a mail stating that the said amount Rs-1175 has been refunded to my bank account. After I updated my passbook I got to know on 21 June 2014 that there has been no such transaction on or after the said date. Asking the same with the authorities I got to know from Baggit Today that they have sent the money on 25th April and they gave me with a refund id (MSPD32917966891) generated by them or possibly by their concerned bank. And I was asked to get the status of this transaction from my bank. The Bank authority from my side cross verified the said account of mine and realized that the claims from the baggit today is fraudulent since the account is silent for those days. I sent a mail attaching the passbook updates and the bank statement duly signed by the bank authority. I was assured by the Baggit Today that they will revert back and do the needful to redress the same issue by the earliest and will receive a call back from the concerned deptt. The issue was brought to the notice on 21 June 2014. with supporting documents sent on 30th June 2014. I am not receiving any response from the other side. Later on I started getting reluctant replies from customer care, was not allowed to talk to the senior executives and almost ten mails of mine as a reminder to the same in the last week have been ignored. 1. Cross verification of the documents of both the side and if it’s found out that my claim is genuine then the other side should be ordered to refund the money. 2. If Baggit today can show that my claim is wrong and can prove that they have transferred the said amount to my account of central bank by which the transaction was done I am ready to take back my claim.
