I have brought A Casio watch from rediff shopping online on 21 /06/2014 bycash on delivery method After 5 days I recived the wacth but as they don’t give open delivery I paid the wacth amount 4078rs then I found the wacth defected as I can’t adjust it’s time and date because the setting rotator is defected I call rediff on toll free number they told me they will replace it with a new one but the had not done the same as it’s been a month now and 20-25 mails send by me in this period but they always say the will arrange for my product but have not taken any step for that I feel cheated

The watch is defected its time and date setting rotater does not work and can’t get to adjust the right time and date

I want refund for my product and my time wasted and the unconvince occur to me for a month as soon as possible
