i bought a new laptop form www.snapdeal.com which stated fully covered with gaurantee etc. my product got faulty was i requested for the service but HP says it does not cover any gaurantee nor they take any gaurantee about this dealer(snapdeal) sale Genioun products in india they have send me a letter pls find attached

my laptop seems to have power problem not able to start only all my documents and data is inside and i have been helpless last 3 days

i want onsite services and get my product repaired
