I had placed an order telephonically to Aquaguard sales representative at Nagpur for installing suitable water purifier at my resident.Accordingly, he installed Aquaguard Reviva basic RO base model without checking input & output water TDS level( we also not aware of such checking). Afterwards, we experienced that taste of water was bitter, then I checked water quality at our plant lab & found TDS level 7 only & pH 6.2. It was almost DM water instead of potable wate.l have lodged complaint to aquaguard on line customer care . Accordingly sevice Engineer came & checked water TDS & found 7 to 10 only.Informed that existing membrence to be replaced with lowTDS input water. After few days back ,he came along with local made memberence( there was no company sticker & inspection seal tagged on the membrrence). Then, I have not allowed to install this mrmberence. .Till date no body has approached for resolving this issue in spite of my repeatef reminder.

My sincere request is that banned all RO base water purifier for drinking water which are not having UV&TDS control device. In our country many people are not having such facility to test output water and all these branded companies are selling their health hazardious product to all innocent customers. My claim is that party should provide TDS & UV control device either at my existing model or replace with another model at the ealiest as present water adversely affecting our health..
