I had purchase lava Mobile model IRIS450 IMEI no. 911370000025929 on 16/05/2014. On 18/07/2014 this mobile has been stopped working. I had sent this mobile to Service center, after checking they say that this phone has been dead and will take 15 days for repair. After 20 days I go to service center to collect my phone. Same time I check phone and found that touch screen (input) is not working, Service center people check this phone after two hour they say it will take 20 days more to repair this Phone. Now I want my money back because I am not satisfy with quality of phone and also with the service of LAVA company. Invoice and Service report attached for your reference.
