Panoramic Group Ltd – Magic Holidays Membership Review

On 02/07/13, I was forced to enrolled in Panoramic Group Ltd (Magic Holidays) and accordingly I paid Rs.27585/- during an illusion environment created by Magic Holidays on 2/7/13. I had paid Rs. 27585/- by credit card which I later paid in Installments to the bank. After some days, when I came out of the illusion so created by Magic Holidays Members, I realized that being a common middle class man, I cannot afford such types of holiday packages. So accordingly, I asked the company to cancel my membership and refund me my amount. But after making so many email requests and telephonic calls, the company refused to cancel my membership and on one fine day of 02/01/2014, I received a letter from Magic Holidays (Mr. Brian Aranha, Head- Customer service Magic Holidays) saying that my membership has been cancelled and my my whole amount of Rs. 27585/- has been forfeited giving me the reference of the terms and conditions of membership cancellation within 10 days from the date of application. Here I want to say that, a such a illusion or dream was created by the members of Magic Holidays, that I started day dreaming of international holidays and many more things. But, in my complete conversation, I was never told about the cancellation process or the refund process and accordingly, due to the illusion, I did not even went through the terms and conditions of the company. All the process means, that company just want to enrol members by paying them Rs. 27585/- and later on cancel the membership by giving back nothing. They can forfeit some part of my money like 1000/-, 2000/- even 2500/- as a penalty but how can they forfeit my complete amount of Rs. 27585/- which is a very big amount for me. I am a government servant with a very meager salary that to coping up with daily needs in Delhi. The terms and conditions have been formed completely on company’s profit and nothing else. Its cheating on customer part that once by hook or crook or by showing dreams, the magic holidays employees get the customers enrolled once, because once the customer is enrolled his 27585/- amount is gone, whether the customers continues the membership or not. So, its my sincere request that the matter may please be looked into and my money may please be refunded to me after deducting some part as a penalty measure. Thanks in anticipation of help from your side.

i want my money back, if not full, but after something as penalty, remaining amount should be refunded.
