my sister’s rakhi have sent by my uncle (mr. ajay verma) for me through madhur courier on dated 05 august from betul . rakhi not received to me also have not received any call from courier company. without any intimation to me & my uncle courier company have send back the rakhi indore to betul. and 12 august they informed that rakhi not delivered due to incorrect address.(we have mention right address on courier) my phone no was already mentioned on address they don’t call me for collection of courier from their office & return back the same to betul.

i would like to claim the courier company for non delivery of courier. INR 1 lac so that in future they will not dare to hurt the feelings of people.
