Hi Team, The complaint is against vodafone number +919582211xxx which got issued in year 2011 with an alternate number +919582211xxx after two years the alternate number was closed paying all the balance approx 3800rs but the primary number was still under use. Since, then every two or three months vodafone keeps on blocking my number. I had got lot of stress and lot of my time has been wasted while contacting the executives of the company writing e-mails and all. Previously they barred my primary number stating that the bill for my alternate number is not paid. After a long conversation between nodel, regional and appellate authority I finally received an email that yes there is no residual and will services will be restored. But again on august first week they sent me message stating that the payment is still due and after a few days they barred my number again.
I just want them to restore my services and do not bother me again. I do not need any compensation from them. I LITERATELY HATE CONTACTING THEM. I have attached the email conversation which were exchanged between nodal , appellate authority and me
