Nexus 5 – Mobile Re-booting Problem

I bought a Nexus 5 on 10 May 2014. It got dead on 2nd July. I submitted the device on the same day at Noida sector 15 LG service centre. I received it back on 9th July after at least 10 follow up. Then the very same day I got to know that now It’s getting rebooted 50 times a day, so I contacted LG area service manager for the quarry, At first he received my call then he didn’t even picked my call. So I called Branch service manager, He told me to visit the Noida 63 Service centre as it’s there own and better. I went there and submitted the phone and received it back in one day. Now it was not getting rebooted but when it got discharged and I put it back to charge, it’s not charging now. When I told service centre guy about this he is giving me an absurd ans that he is not sitting inside hardware. Now I called Branch service manager and I’m not getting response from him as well. Please help me now.

I want a refund for my Nexus 5 or ask them to replace it.
