i buy a cell phone nokia lumia 820 and i have facing lot of problems in this set like microphone is not working, touch not working, network issues, gps not working, battery backup. i went to nokia care many times but the problem still with handset. and every time they take handset for 15 days minimum. kindly try for refund my full amount with penalty.

lack of this handset i face more mentally or economically problems. some time i need to send some urgent email but hand set is not available with me. even for urgent calls which i was not able to receive. many relation got braked. when i talked to people on this handset and they are not able to hear me every time lot of information got missing in conversation
