RTDC – Reservation Complete, No Rooms Provided

I made a reservation at Hotel Shikar through RTDC, and even paid the amount and received the confirmation. After one day, i receive a call from MR. Mishra of Hotel Shikar that my reservation is cancelled due to system error. I never received any system error and the payment went smoothly. How can he not consider this reservation. Even i spoke to Mr. Bishnoi, who is GM-CRO at RTDC, but even he didnt do anything about this issue.

I want atleast some place to stay for family of 6 ppl and 5 kids from 16th aug to 18th aug at Mount Abu since i have booked the train tickets and cannot face this loss and the difficulties that need to be carried out to my family in this respect where they cancelled the booking.
