Incorrect refund for cancellation of airline ticket by makemytrip. The round trip ticket cost for me is 3185 AED for Dammam to Trivandrum. One way ticket is used by me and the return ticket has been cancelled by me. The service is done by Jet airlines with e ticket number 5895450070424.The cost of the return ticket on the day while i am booking the ticket is 1840 SAR(reference by jet website saudiarabia). As per the makemytrip fare rules,the ticket cancellation penalty by airline + makemytrip is 250 AED.Based on this criteria the refund amount should be around 1600 AED approximate. But makemytrip has so far refunded 610 AED and giving wrong information like penalty is 2630 AED for which they are not able to give fare breakup. At the same time several calls to Jet airways to get the fare breakup didn’t help and both drag the responsibility to each other.Now i m in a loss of around 600 AED in refund and lost my time in calling makemytrip call center and jet airways call center.

I need the correct refund for the ticket cancellation.
