Since 6 months i have an issue with my Dell Inspiron 3521 Laptop‘s speakers.Right Side Speaker is not working at all.My product is covered under warranty till Jan 2015. I contacted customer support services of Dell and they said that it is due to VLC Player installed in your system and suggested me to uninstall it.Then i just uninstalled it immediately and the representative asked for my address for technical help (free replacement of Speakers) but i was not available at that time so i asked them if i can deal with the issue later and he said its okey. On 16-8-2014 i called them back and the representative refused to replace them as it is against there policy(as he said), i called them twice but i wasn’t satisfied with their response. They are creating some kind of drama and some false reports about my product.

As my product is in warranty, i want my speakers replaced free of cost.
