Please note that We are not Money Hungry. You had sold us Whirlpool Refrigerator of 340 Litre & we are requesting for the replacement of new Door & not New Refrigerator.
If we would have been Money hungry, than from very first day we would have been demanding for New Free Refrigerator.
But, as you are not able to provide us the replacement of new door, only then option left out is that you have to provide us New Refrigerator with that same 340 Litre or equivalent which we have. It’s not our fault, if you are not able to provide us with Replacement of Door.
In brief, you have to give us the replacement with new 340 Litre Refrigerator or it’s equivalent.
Why Should we pay extra cost / price or difference amount for a New 340 Litre ?
We can’t Afford to pay such a huge amount !! You have sold us Defective Unit since beginning , hence it’s your responsibility to either permanently solve the same by New Part or Replace with New one without any Extra cost / charge.
We had requested for the refund ‘ Not in Cash ‘ but in ‘ Kind ‘ by replacement of New Whirlpool 340 Litre or Equivalent as per the Present new product available in the market ( Demanded as per the Consumer Court Law. You may please Refer properly).
