i have purchased a charger for my samsung phone CDMA reliance from my near by reliance outlet on 6 august 2014, on the day of purchase onwards the charger has stopped working, their is no physical damage. the charger has in 6 months warranty period. i have visited the shop from where i have purchased , in return they are providing a used charger. i have denied that charger, and after purchase i have visited around 5-6 times, but my problem has not been resolved. please help

No physical damage, its brand new. must be a internal default
