I purchased a new laptop from e future, unique infowys pvt ltd on 23/06/2014, but i found its a used laptop. because its windows activated on 05/06/2014 and its warrant starts from 23/03/2014. its antivirus also expired before 1 month, while its have 1 month free trial.when i went to store for replaced they refused and said for lenovo. lenovo also refused and blame on dealer. plz help me.
its speed is very slow and many times hanged.
