xolo mobile company poor service

I bought a new set of xolo Q1000s mobile on 28.03.2014.. It was one day switched off and then never started again. So I gave it to the service centre in jalandhar. After a month when I got back the phone it was replaced by xolo Q1010. I has a complaint why it has been exchanged with the other model and a used phone. I want xolo Q1000s or Q1000s plus model in it and that also a new phone as my phone was still in waranty.

i I bought xolo q800 handset 6 monthe before. the mobile got totally stuck on 24/8/2014. so i gave the headset to VR infoservice indiranagar Bangalore for repair. they told it will take 7days to get back the handset. they dispatched the item to Noida for repair. today 7 days are over and when i called customer care they told it will take some more time to get back the handset. i dont have a spare handset so i am finding it very difficult. now i am using my friends cell. please resolve my complaint asap as i dnt have any spare handset. my complaint no is 310000690498
