I Hanumanthappa.E requesting that please make me proper arrangements for remove of PAN Number ACZPH4300D from IRDA Portal and issue me NOC. by consulting Max Life Insurance.
As regarding facts I have given resignation letter dt-17/12/2013 to max life and they have given received copy on same day.they have also taken my ID card,along with that I have filled the Clearance And Exit Interview Form and handed over to them on dt-4/2/2014.
After this we have sent request for removal of PAN Number ACZPH4300D from LIC OF INDIA portal on dt3/2/2014 with request no-201423505 still MY PAN exist in IRDA PORTAL .SO kindly remove my PAN Number and issue me NOC from MAX Life
I AM ENCLOSING ALL THE RELATED DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR REFERNCE
