sir, DEC 2013 mr abhishake called FROM VACATIONS GATEWAY FOR SELLING tour package for 5d/4n with breakfast and diner facility with attractive gift hamper for immediate booking that time i was planing for vacation that’s why i was happy with this attractive package mr abishake also commitment to immediate booking conformation. so i booked this package at 6 DEC 2013 this package cost is 7799/ my transition id is sdl00011272 and 7799 rs transfer to my account to vacations gateway account after transition i facing problem every day they send me one voucher form regarding my journey plan i filled-up this form and send to holiday@vacationsgateway.com.co and told about mr.abhishake(sells agent of vacations gateway) he told me that after 3 or4 day your booking will be confirmed they give me seurity but after that every day they promised for next day for confirmation my booking and at-last time they told me Ur booking not confirm and that is my journey date i called many time to his customer care number but they didn’t give me proper response and also misguide me. vacation s gateway harass me at extreme point of harassment mentally and financially after that my journey i called many time his customer care number for returning my amount but every time they replied me that we return your amount after some days but they didn’t do this as previous this company exploit me mentally and financially so pls help me. i have some voice call recording which i talked to mr. abhishake(0971107xxxx) and his customer care number(0120652xxx)

i want to return my package amount which is 7799/rs with some genuine compensation.
