I have booked an apartment with Jaypee Infratech Ltd Kosmos Project – KM 20 -1001 in 2009 at Noida with commitment as per agreement to deliver in 2012. It is still under construction with no committed delivery date and efforts to expedite the delivery. Almost 90% of the payments has been taken as per construction link plan and now all work has been slow down without any justification, communication
