I have a MTS prepaid mobile connection number 8459016xxx, In December 2013 Rs 25 deducted from account and then I had talked to customer care to know how my balance is deducted. He replied that a service activated which charge Rs 25/- for 30 days have been activated to my number, though I never request to activate that type of service,further I told him to deactivate the service and request him to never activate this service in future. Now on 29th August 2014 again my balance deducted(Rs 25/-) for which I again reached to customer care now he told me that your service have been renewed,but I never told them or request to activate it on my phone But between December 2013 to 28th August 2014 there was no deduction for renewal of service How is it possible
