Ordered a new handset (sony xperia ) thru flipkart on 12th aug 14.i received this product on 23rd aug 14 in evening.when i try to use this handset i found that the handset on/off button is not working.for the same a sent a mail to flipkart for replacement but still its not done almost 10 days has been crossed.

i buy this product to gift one of my family member i invest my money in that but unable to given him since it a defected one,due to there mistake again my 10000 rs invested in this .
