Dear Sir/Mam, This is with reference to my pre order(before launch)for flip cover of MI3 phone dated 20th Aug’14 with Order ID: OD40820088800. The product was supposed to be launched in 5th week of Aug’14. Post launch of the product, my product has not been delivered to me inspite of my advance payment whereas person who has initiated purchase on launch date has received the product. I want to draw the consumer forum to make an inquiry to the accounts of flipkart and penalize them for their such services. This is not about amount for it hurts when amount is already taken from you and you do not receive the product.. I would like to inform the consumer forum that getting refund is not the solution, I feel cheated with such services and my sentiments are hurt with such act. I would also like to inform you that similar activity was done at the time of placing order of Mi3 phone dated 22nd July’14. Inspite of my order, and confirmation of my booking, my order was further extended for further days. I am not able to understand, if i have made pre launch order, why my product is not shipped to me at the launch date. Request the court to investigate the books of flipkart and see who others are the sufferers. Regards Gyanendra Sharma
