Sir, I have given my S-duos GT-7562 handset in the care center as there was some problem in the handset. The handset was in warranty period. They told that they would make me the call once the handset is repaired. But after ten days also my handset has not been repaired. In there 10 days I personally have gone at the care center, they tell me that it will be done by tomorrow and thus postponing it each time. I have submitted my handset on 19/8/2014. The reference nos is 4179703434.
The mental harassment which I am going through each time I visit the samsung care-center. My precious time is wasted. Also the care-center is far away from my home so each time I go there the cost of travelling to adds to my economic loss.
