Aircel – Automatic Deduction VAS Charges

This is regarding my grievance regarding Repeated automatic deduction of one-time VAS charges from my pre-paid Aircel account. # 91- 9804509354 This is the 4th or 5th time it happened. I have reported all the earlier cases to AIRCEL customer care over e-mail and every time they get back saying the amounts have been deducted from my Aircel account for some value added service through customer enduse method. I noticed this whenever I recharge with a top up of denomination 150 and above, unwanted balance deductions keeps happening to my account. I will not tolerate this kind of business. I confirm that I haven’t subscribed to ANY VAS related services, nor I have used internet to browse Aircel portal from my number.

I request consumer complaint forum to escalate the matter and initiate Aircel to return deducted amounts to my account.
