I have changed my domestic electric meter about 4 months ago from the electrical office but they have not updated my meter details in their office and they never use to come home for checking the unit consumed. They use to prepare bill without taking any meter reading of unit consumed. they are putting very high amount for last 5 -6 month averaging Rs. 800- Rs. 900. Only two ceiling fan, 5 CFL bulb and 1 TV is being operated in my home. I tried very much to correct it but they are so irresponsible that they even do not listen my problem. They are just assuming high unit. They do’s very bad behavior in office. they are making so many other fool in our village.

I want my profile to be update in their database and i want my all that excess amount that i have paid. I want them to note down my unit i have consumed from the date of changing the meter and calculate the actual amount of bill i had to pay. I want their corrupt employee to be punished….
