I had ordered my micromax canvas viva on 03/07/13 and few days after receiving the phone i found the phone display got blanked so i went to service center of micromax to file the complaint on 26/07/13 and they took the phone to replace its display. Today its 01/09/14 and still I have not got my phone back, I have tried contacting them but its useless. My complaint no. is 2308130581 Hope to get my complaint resolve soon.

I wish to get my full payment back i.e Rs6499 or to get the latest phone in place of this model because this phone model had gone old and has gone featureless so no point of using the old phone. So I will be thankful if i can get my payment of Rs6499 back. Thank you
