10/11/2014 the said handset accidentally slipped from the hands of the undersigned, as result the front screen panel was damaged with scratches, but it was found that Display of the hand set was perfectly in working condition. it was informed by the executive( Manager) namely MR RAKESH that :- a) Front panel glass independently cannot be replaced separately and whole display shall be replaced b) The approximate cost was given is for Rs 11,000/- c) It was also informed by the executive that these parts of NEW HTC ONE DUAL SIM will not be available in the market except in the company, and company has complete monopoly to this effect. it is the duty and responsibility of the opposite parties to provide the same with reasonable cost as, these provisions of supplying spares parts is customer service. set was delivered on 17-09-2014, and provided with final invoice with details as Rs 9895/- towards the cost of Screen Display through the Invoice Number 90124709 dated 17.09.2014 and phone repair Charges of Rs 674/- with invoice number 90124710 dated 17-09-2014 with total charges of Rs 10,569/- which is termed as exorbitant, unreasonable as they were unable to provide the explanation for providing such cost.
