I was given wrong new connection that I never opted and the number that I opted was one of the choice that was given to me.despite my several request I was asked to continue with the number,when I didn’t agree I was promised to be given the same number of my choice.i paid ? 250 as processing fee along with the document required to the representative on 29/08/2014.on my present mobile number I am getting message that my new connection is active but I don’t have SIM card.on asking it is said sim is dispatched.

My money to be refunded or give me connection of my choice.
