have taken the Reliance Data Card Connection under the 9381276xxxx on Aug 2012. On Jan 2013 I have made the payment of Rs 2200 for 4 months advance rental scheme in reliance web world at Bye Pass Road, Madurai. But they have not converted the payment as Advance payment and deducted my payment as monthly bill, I have not noticed untill may. On May when I was about to pay for another 4 months of Advance payment scheme, to my surprise they said there is a outstanding bill in my connection. I got many calls from Reliance office and after explaining my situation I got a response that they will come back, but no one called back. Today 19/09/2014 I got a call from Customer court at Delhi from the number 9643217970 saying that there is 420 case failed against me and I need to contact the layer at number 7503526401 for case number DL406. I called the number who is a Lawyer named Riya Sharma threatened me to pay the bill in next 1 hr of Rs 1149 and provide the Receipt number else I need to come to Delhi Court tomorrow morning itself 20/09/2014. My Current location in Chennai how is possible for me to immediately come to Delhi. Due to the pressure given by her I made the payment and provided her the details. Now I need to file a case against the Reliance Communication for wrongly processing my payment and against the lawyer who threaten me to pay immediately or come to Delhi Court.

I was threaten and got really a mental stress. As a compensation I require maximum damage caused for this from Reliance communication + My payment of Rs 1149. And Also I want a direction to take a Criminal case against the Lawyer Riya Sharma for threatening me and making me mentally disturbed.
