Hello sir my name is avaneesh kumar dwivedi i booked a air india flight from mumbai to allahabad for 4 passengers through goibibo with booking ID Booking ID: AMDYMUI6L on 16th july 2014 later on Air India delayed its flight for 3 hour and informed same to me on my number 9177000341 about same along with information that if i want i can cancel my ticket due to more than two hour delay without any cancellation charge. so accordingly i called up GoiBIOBO through which i had booked ticket to cancel my ticket partially because one of the passenger’s travel had become redundant due to 3 hour delay in flight. i provided them the cancelled PNR number provided by Air India and explained them the scenario, goibibo executives after being convinced took my request and cancelled one of passengers ticket (shagun dwivedi) and told me that i will get full refund in 10-15 working days since then i am following up these guys (it has been 53 days till today) , calling them up on their call center numbers and infarct today i sent them a warning email also but i have been getting dull response and false promises . i want my refund back and penalty on goibibo for delaying my payment beyond reasonable limit please look into matter

GOIBIBO should refund my money immediately along with reasonable delayed fine.
